This is a give away card distributed at conventions or by buying from Warehouse 23 (SJ Games' online store). By playing this card you can cancel an NWO just played and, if you also control the Supreme Court, you can replace the cancelled NWO with any NWO of the same colour, or choose not to replace it at all.
