British, Dutch and German investors capitalize on the opening of the Orange Free State and Transvaal Republic of Southern Africa from 1885 to 1915. In this game, players invest in companies and try to increase the value of their holdings through cagey track construction choices. Track construction in this game is accomplished via "Consortium bidding" a unique system that forces players to cooperate to grow their companies. Veld Spoorwegis part of the Prairie Railroads Series.
