Clovis: The Dice Game
By Daniel Callister · Art by Daniel Callister
This is a dice-based version of the card game Clovis, which was released as a free Print and Play game early in 2009. The Dice game consists of 10 dice and a scoring sheet for each player. Players roll the dice to simulate hunting large game animals on the North American continent 12,000 years ago. There are special option dice which allow players to acquire more dice to roll and modify the results of their rolls. The game ends after the players jointly have accumulated a certain number of unsuccessful hunts (busts). One major difference in Clovis: the Dice Game' from the original card game is the solo option. In a solo game of Clovis: the Dice Game you are challenged to earn 100 points or more to win. Clovis: the Dice Game' Game is fast (10 - 20 minutes), easy to learn, easy to setup and put away, and best of all... FREE!!
