Inside ISO 9001

Inside ISO 9001 is the game about the ISO 9001, which provides guidelines on how to administrate and assure the quality of products and processes. This approach allows the company in question to improve its quality and to increase its productivity and its clients’ satisfaction. While playing, the participants compete against each other on a fictional race to see who is the first to achieve the certification. The players are challenged to answer correctly to ISO 9001 related questions. The person who first reaches the certification, in other words, the end of the path, is the winner. Inside ISO 9001 is recommended to companies and professionals who are interested on the quality system, or who are facing a certification process. The game is a tool to people who are learning about the ISO 9001 and to those are already acquainted with the process but would like to improve their knowledge. The game can also be used as advertisement and celebration tool for those companies that just conquered the certification.
