From the rules introduction. You are broke and have never succeeded financially. This time however it is going to be different, you manage to save a handful of dollars and decide to exit the rat race. You begin by investing in a business set-up; four months later you reap the rewards. Things are going smoothly, the money starts to roll in when suddenly your mates see a chopper overhead; but you are too late. Your business set-up is raided. This is one of the many scenarios that may happen to you. Be captivated by sheer exhilaration as the game takes hold and catapults you into the secret lives of the pursued. The winner is the player who at the end of the game, becomes Hydro Lord. Good luck.
