By Matt Stollenwerk

The players will be able to explain the concept of checks and balances within the Federal government. The object of Checks and Balances is to win rounds. A round is won by the player with the highest numbered card of the prevailing branch of government at the end of each round. The game is best played with 4 players, but anywhere from 2 to 6 can play. The first person to win 10 rounds is declared the winner.
