At the beginning of the game, each player is dealt three Objective Cards at random, which are to be kept secret. In order to CONQUER THE WORLD!!!! you have to fulfil your three objectives." In this tongue-in-cheek game, the players are evil super-villains operating from secret lairs scattered around the globe. The players send out their lowly Minions who perform acts of infamy around the world and attempt to recruit new Minions.
