Marquis: Intriganten

A 7 card expansion for Marquis. Each player gets one randomly distributed card from the expansion at the start of the game. This card can only be used in conjunction with the corresponding character. For example: the Comtesse can use Marriage to gain 2 diamonds from any one Marquis; the Jeweler can make "Le grand coup" and get all the money from the bank for 2 diamonds. The seven cards are: Marriage (Comtesse), Revenge (Pickpocket), Arson (Blackmailer), Le grand coup (Jeweler), Prophecy (Seer) Verdict (Prosecutor), Retaliation (Veto) This expansion also includes rules for a Mercenary variant for 2-3 players.
