It consists of the following parts: 1) a fully translated card deck, consisting of 220 command and summary cards, to be ordered from the DoW-Webshop 2) translations of all rules in original layout for free download in the rules section or here 3) translated scenarios in the Military Archives (click the german flag in the scenario info column to access) So you only have to buy the card deck, the rest is free!
