The players move around a Monopoly-style board. On certain fields, they have to perform certain actions, such as drawing a card (containing additional actions), for example. A task fulfilled gains an extra life expectancy of one year. The players start with 50 years, the first player to reach 75 years is the winner. Manfred Köhnlechner, a German medical practicioner who was popular with celebrities, wrote the questions for the action cards.
