Whirlpool

Whirlpool is a placement game that uses a special board with a whirpool pattern. The board has a regular hexagonal shape but is divided into sections numbered 1 through 13, with each section containing as many hexes as its number. On each turn, players place one or two pieces. If a player gains a majority within a section, they can convert all of the opponent’s pieces in that section into their own. The goal of the game is to create the largest group of your own pieces.
