Constructopia

Constructopia is a strategic city-building game for 2–4 players in which players compete as real estate investors to develop the most valuable portfolio of buildings. Over eight rounds, players roll six dice and select three to determine their turn. Each choice matters: the color of a die determines whether you gain personnel or construction materials, while the number of pips determines how much money you earn. Do you focus on expanding your workforce, securing scarce materials, or maximizing your budget for future projects? The collected resources are used to acquire and construct buildings from three sectors: Residential, Public, and Commercial. Every building contributes points and can create new opportunities for the rounds ahead. At the start of the game, each player drafts a shareholder objective that rewards specialization. Players can earn bonus points by outperforming opponents in one area — such as using the most of a certain material, employing the most personnel, or constructing the most buildings of a specific category. Constructopia combines dice selection, resource planning, and tactical decision-making: balancing short-term gains with long-term strategy while adapting to the choices of your opponents.
