The Game Master distributes the 6 boards evenly among the players. He then reads the question cards aloud, one by one, in the order in which he draws them. The player whose board contains the correct answer — and who reads it aloud — receives the question card and places it, map-side up, onto the corresponding spot on their board. However, if no player finds an answer, the Game Master sets the question card aside; the player in question will then never be able to complete the map on their board. Only those players whose boards collectively display a complete map emerge as the winners of the game. The game was clearly issued as a propaganda tool as it includes former German territories.
