Players compete to win just enough, but never too much, carefully tempering each victory as they collect numbered cards and try to keep their score as close to 10 as possible. Success comes from restraint, timing, and balance: every trick won can bring valuable points, but exceeding the limit forces players to discard hard-earned cards, and even an Angel card can be lost if handled carelessly. Ten Balance is a trick-taking style number and balance game in which players play numbered red and blue cards to win tricks, collect center cards, and manage their personal score. The color reference card determines whether higher or lower numbers win each trick: red favors high numbers, while blue favors low numbers. The trick winner takes all center cards of one color, places one gained card face up for its printed value and the rest face down for 1 point each, then changes the reference color to match the color taken. Players aim to finish each round closest to 10 points, but if their score reaches 11 or more, they must discard face-up or face-down cards until they return to 10 or less. Round winners gain Angel cards, and winning a later round while already holding an Angel card wins the game.
