Below the falls is a "sometimes cooperative" game of hidden roles, strategy, deduction and betrayal for 2-4 players. A powerful friend is missing and you must explore the underground in mob-ruled Mantis Falls to find her. You are told that other allies of the resistance will join you for the search. Together you must get her to safety without compromising your own. But are you all who you claim to be? By the deal of hidden roles, each game could have only allies, who only win if one of you finds and delivers your missing ally to the safehouse. But there could secretly be an assassin hidden among you whose aim is to find her AND kill one of you. Below the Falls is an infinitely replayable game of deep tactical card-play, hand-building and coordinated effort. It is a thematic journey in which cooperation and communication is unrestricted and key to success, but all players constantly tangle with reasons to lie and reasons to distrust.
