Subways, crowded with passengers in everyday life, are in fact one of the most financially challenging transportation systems to operate. High construction costs, expensive maintenance, and fluctuating passenger demand all contribute to unstable revenue and persistent losses. As a skilled subway planner, your task is to help the company reduce its losses. Start by cutting construction costs—among multiple possible routes, find the one that best matches passenger demand while being the easiest to build. If you work quickly and efficiently, your salary might even increase. Metro Planning (地铁规划) is a math-focused racing card game for 2–6 players. Players take on the role of subway line designers, competing to identify the route with the lowest construction difficulty among three different options.
