Shadows and Steel

Shadows and Steel is a concept development card game developed by the United States Army War College with the intention of crowd-sourcing force design through player focused competition. Players build a customized military forces and engage rival players, using cards that represent military capabilities, bases, political events, and strategic maneuvers.
