The Coming of the Flood

The Coming of the Flood is a co-operative, simultaneous play, real time, dexterity miniatures game. You and your fellow players are benevolent, if not entirely competent, gods of a small village. You are trying to assist the people of said village in protecting themselves from a coming flood brought about by the titans, or the devil, or the gods of a rival village, or global warming or something. You will need: 1- 2’x2’ Playing area. 1- Timing Device. 4- 28mmish miniatures. It’s a good idea if they’re ones you don’t mind getting knocked about. 30- Smallish dice. A block of Chessex 12mm dice are perfect. 1- Jenga set. 1- Measuring device per player. 2 OR 4 players - Not 2 to 4. Each with two hands. The game will eventually require that you stack 30 dice in a tower in the middle of the table without it toppling over. Current experience is that this is largely impossible. To make a tower of such godlike proportions you and your fellow gods will need to build a bulwark from larger and more stable Jenga blocks that your dice tower can lean against to make the feat achievable. —description from the publisher
