Board Game
Austerlitz, 1805: Coup de Tonnerre!
By Rod Bauer · Art by Ken Demyen, Vianney Carvalho
Based on U&P Games' W1815, Austerlitz, 1805 takes the system to a new level. The game is playable by one, two or four players (arguably by 0 since the innovative solitaire system can be used to drive both sides). The small number of rules means the game is quick to learn or to teach and it is equally quick to play (typically 20-40 minutes). Optional Tactics Cards extend the game and introduce additional historical flavour and uncertainty - enhancing the already excellent replayability. The game comes with: A 600mm x 600 mounted map A dual-layer admin board 36 wooden formation blocks 4 wooden admin blocks 8 counters 12 formation cards 27 tactics cards There will also be a 'meeple' based edition. —description from the publisher
