Card Coded

Shuffle the deck and deal everyone three cards facedown in a row. These are player's Code Cards. You may look at your Code Cards but keep this three digit Code facedown. Deal three cards to each player's hand. On your turn you may perform one action: Draw, then discard a card. Play a pair of numbers. Select one of the two colors and choose a player. If their Code contains a number of chosen color they must flip one face up. Play a pair of colors. Select a number of that color and choose a player. If their Code contains a number of that color they must flip it face up. Guess another player's three digit Code. If you correctly guess all digits, they flip and are out. If any are incorrect you must flip one of your Code Cards. Always draw back up to three cards at the end of your turn. The last player with a hidden Code wins. Simple Setup: discard cards in separate piles based on color. Players may look through these piles anytime. Long Variant: Deal each player 5 Code Cards instead of 3.
