Teyra

Teyra is a competitive strategic card game set in a world inspired by the Majapahit Empire. The Lions - long-standing rulers of Teyra - have fallen and it is up to you to lead your Kinfolk, consisting of Wild Boars, Asian Koels, Monitor Lizards and Orangutans, to spread your influence across the land. Players take on the role of Kinfolk leaders and must skilfully deploy efforts of their supporters as they advance their campaign across Teyra to spread their influence, control areas, and gain prestige while keeping morale high. Teyra takes the familiar game of Singaporean Blackjack, or Ban-Luck and puts a strategic spin on it. Players can either go head to head in the 2-player game or form uneasy alliances in the Multiplayer variant with up to 3 other friends. Each of the game’s 4 suits have their own unique abilities that can drastically change the course of the game and the diverse areas in Teyra adds limitations and interactions that will keep players on their toes as they try to gain the most prestige. —description from the publisher
