Pet Quartet

You’re a music fan and a true lover of pets. Lucky for you, these animals don’t just sit and stay – they play music! Today is your day to adopt the finest pet musicians around and form exceptional musical ensembles. And certainly you will agree, there is nothing more exquisite than a perfect pet quartet! Pet Quartet is a set-collection game in which players adopt musical pets, represented by cards. Your goal is to collect cards of the same number, however, you only score points for soloists and quartets! That is, for each type of animal, you only want to have exactly one card from that set, or exactly four cards from that set. Pet Quartet uses a "triangular deck" in which the value of each card is also the number of that card in the deck. For example there are 3 snakes (marked 3), 4 turtles (marked 4), five 5s, six 6s, and so on, all the way up to 13 latin music ferrets. This means it will be much easier to collect a quartet of 13's, but also easier to go over 4 cards for that set.
