Questiny

Questiny is a co-operative dungeon crawling fantasy adventure game for 1-4 players. In this "love letter to 80s fantasy" players must navigate a twisting, turning labyrinth, dodge swinging axes and battle the relentless forces of the Goblin Queen to rescue a sacred artifact and restore peace to the realm. In Questiny you play 'against the game' so there is no need for a dungeon master and it is fully playable solo. The game is light so it is very easy to learn, but due to the modular elements of the board, the AI system for the enemies, multiple characters and two event decks, there is plenty of action to keep even seasoned gamers coming back for more! The game uses various dice for battling and players can collect gold to buy potions, trigger events, find legendary weapons and 'level-up' their characters by modifying their statistics, all of which can help to negate/modify the rolling of dice. Games are between 1- 2.5 hours with a 'short version' option available too. —description from the publisher
