빼빼로 넘버업 (Pepero Number Up)

Pepero Number Up is a game where players combine number cards to reach a target number on their turn. If you make Pepero’s symbolic number “11,” you’ll be rewarded with a little luck. Be the first to cleverly combine your cards and use them all to win! 1) On your turn, create the target number. The starting player makes 1, the next player makes 2, then the next makes 3, and so on. If you create 11, you may discard one card of your choice from your hand! 2) If you cannot make the target number, pass and draw one card from the deck. 3) Some cards have special abilities. You may play a special card and immediately use its effect. 4) The first player to use all their cards earns 2 Victory Tokens. Play 3 rounds in total.
