Fiction: Banned Books
By Peter C. Hayward · Art by Anca Gavril, Daniel Profiri
Fiction: Banned Books is a sequel to Fiction—a Wordle-inspired one-vs-many game of deception. To begin, the Lie-brarian selects a five-letter word (chosen from passages of books that have been banned, burned, or censored in history). The Guessers’ goal is to deduce the five-letter word. They do so by guessing it and receiving clues about the letters in their words. Every turn, the Lie-brarian’s clues always contain exactly one lie. Will the Guessers figure out the word before time runs out? Fiction: Banned Books introduces all new asymmetric powers (for both the Lie-braian and the Guessers). Use these powers at pivotal moments to gain the upper hand! —description from the publisher
