By Peter Riley
Khartoum has fallen and General Gordon is dead. The mission to relieve him had failed but was instructed to keep going and take the river port of Berber. Once they reached Kirbekan, the British Commander in Chief, General Earle, decided that the three hills that overlooked the Nile needed to be cleared of Mahdists, the hills were known as the Koppies. With this set of rules, you can lead the British attack to clear the ridges or act as the commander of the Mahdist Army, Moussa abu higel, and bravely defend the Koppies with your forces. —description from the publisher
