平宁对峙 (The confrontation between Peking and Nanjing nationalist government)

This expansion is designed for 2 players with entirely new rules. One player plays the Nanjing nationalist government, controlling the Central army led by Chiang Kai-shek; the other player plays the Peking nationalist government (which was established during Central Plains War and existed for 3 months and it mostly consists of people who are against Chiang), controlling three other factions. Game with this expansion is card driven. Players take turns to conduct the following actions during the action phase: strategic move conduct the card effect command army (move+combat) recruitment
