Corps of Discovery: Sacrifice to the Demon Promo Card

Sacrifice to the Demon is a promo misfortune threat card. When in play, only paths adjacent to the most recently explored path may be explored. It can be removed by removing one character card from the game. That player is still in the game, but they won't have access to their ability any more.
