WHO IS OWNER

The game WHO IS OWNER teaches players how property rights work, how to defend your claims, and how to challenge others — all while having a blast. The game consists of forty cards, including basic ownership cards (sale, gift, inheritance...), technique cards (security, notarized deed...), penalty cards (tort, breach of contract...), and world cards with game-altering global effects. Each card carries a strategic legal mechanism, forcing players to think like property lawyers, negotiators, and opportunists. Whether you're proactively securing your rights or waiting for an opponent to slip up, you're constantly engaged in a dynamic legal battlefield. At the end of the game, whoever holds the Owner Card — or has secured the Paper Owner title (through legal registration) — wins.
