Chasing down a murderous Ripper from the scene of a crime, he followed his quarry into the grimy sewers, never to be seen alive again. The Legendary Spectre Constable Ludlow is one of the notorious ghosts from other times and places that haunt the Shadows of Brimstone: Other Worlds – Forest of the Dead. These Legendary Spectres are the shades of once great Heroes that are legendary from throughout history. The Forest of the Dead OtherWorld Expansion set contains all of the rules for the Legendary Spectres, but usually players just use one of the Shadow Wraith models from the set to represent Constable Ludlow if he comes into play.
