Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Battle of the Corridor
By Nishiki Taitei
Battle of the Corridor is a set of scenarios for Tsukuda's Legend of the Galactic Heroes series. To play it, you need at least one of these games: Lippstadt, Vermilion, Lost Complete Victory, or Iserlohn. The game is a doujin and was only for sale at game shows in Japan, such as Tokyo Game Market and Comiket. This meant that you needed to preorder the game before you came and then pick it up at the show. Battle of the Corridor's description from the author Nishiki: It consists of multiple scenarios with reference to the description in the designer's note published in the Tsukuda "Vermillion" manual. Scenario 20 "Battle of the Corridor Part 1: Victory and Invincibility: Sorcerer vs. Fierce General" The outpost battle, the clash between the El Fasil Revolutionary Reserve Army (Yang Fleet) vs. the Black Lancer Fleet + Fahrenheit Fleet. Scenario 21 "Battle of the Corridor - Kaleidoscope - 〈1〉 Sorcerer vs. Golden Lion" Battle with the main force of the Imperial Army. Head-to-head confrontation between Jan and Reinhardt. It covers everything from the invasion of the Iserlohn corridor by the main force of the Imperial Army to the death of Senior General Steinmetz. Scenario 22 "Battle of the Corridor - Kaleidoscope - 〈2〉 Sorcerer vs. Ironclad The third round of the battle of the corridor. Consecutive battles with the Müller fleet and the Eisenach fleet. Yang's all-out offensive and the battle to the death of the Müller fleet that greeted it. Scenario 23 "Battle of the Corridor - Part 2 - The End of the Great Parent Expedition - The Last Battle of the Sorcerer" The final round of the Battle of the Corridor. A fierce battle between the fleet under Mittermeier under Bayerlein and the reorganized Black Lancer Fleet. Covering the repulsion of the Imperial Army's third offensive, the reverse salient of the Yang fleet, and the death of Vice Admiral Fisher. The game requires assembly. —user summary
