Second card-pack expansion for the "World of Heroes and Tyrants" board game. Consists of a new character (Liz, starts in Flint, IN 5 FT 7 ST 4 DX 11 HP 50 SB 19, advantage is to start the game with one item), ten Spell cards, ten Item cards, and fifteen Quest cards.
