Lorica Segmentata

Lorica segmentata is the name of the plate armor worn by Roman legionaries under the Empire. This game is an expansion for OPPIDUM. It reproduces skirmish fights on the borders of the Empire, whether in Britannia (modern Great Britain), Germania (modern Germany), Dacia (modern-day Romania) or the Near East. These are asymmetrical fights against opponents in chariots, entrenched behind a barricade or on the rooftops of houses, archers on horseback or heavily armed cavalry. —description from the designer
