Board Game
István a király?
Prince Géza's firstborn son, István (Stephen), embarked on building a Christian, European state in the Carpathian Basin. Although he found supporters both at home and abroad, many opposed the ambitions of Vajk, who had only recently been baptized. István had to face countless dangers and obstacles, and his success was far from guaranteed. Forging a unified kingdom out of the Hungarian principality was no small task. The István the King? board game explores the lesser-known aspects of the struggle that shaped Hungary’s fate: everyday hardships, political interests, the scheming of allies, and the opportunism of opponents. Players take on the roles of key figures in these events, each striving to fulfill their own goals. Triumph with István—or against him—using your army, wealth, or unwavering faith, and shape the future of the Hungarian people for the next millennium!
