Liberation of the Colonised Planet
By Moritsuchi · Art by Moritsuchi
The era is the Universal Century. Having developed interstellar navigation, humanity discovered a habitable planet in a star system several dozen light years from Earth. Blessed with rich mineral resources, the planet was named Deloia, and gradually developed as its population grew. However, the Earth Federation Government, which ruled over Deloia, did not recognise its autonomy, and continued to oppressively rule over it with its powerful military force. In the 152nd year of the Universal Century, the people of Deloia rose up to break free from the rule of the Earth Federation. They rallied under the leadership of Dr. Samarin and began their struggle to break free from Earth's rule. Liberation of the Colonised Planet is a two-player simulation wargame that recreates the tactical battles of the Deloia War of Independence. Players take control of the Deloiean Liberation Army and the Earth Federation Forces respectively, and fight with the aim of achieving or preventing Delorean independence. The game includes five scenarios, including the fierce battle at Stanley Heights, which was a turning point in the war, and the Battle of the Carnac Mountains, the largest battle of the war, and it is also possible to create your own scenarios. —description from the designer
