Victory Rummy

Victory Rummy is played with 63 cards made up of dots (10), dashes (4), and V cards (4) in each of three colors (red, white, and blue). The object of the game is to create combinations of cards to create Victory or Grand Victory sequences. First person to score 250 points after creating a Grand Victory wins the game.
