Tournament Arc

Tournament Arc is a comedic strategy card game where you draft and coach a team of ragtag student athletes to win the ultimate sports competition! But what sport exactly? You'll find out along the way! Build a story with your friends as you train your team and hinder others with a delightful blend of strategy and chaos! No knowledge of sports or anime required. The game consists of 3 phases: drafting, training, and competing. In the drafting phase, players draw and pass athlete cards to build out their initial team of 3 athletes. In the training phase, players take turns playing episode cards to buff/debuff athletes and activate events while building a story. Half-way through the training phase, the sport card is revealed which determines which stats matter and how many athletes will be sent out per team. In the competition phase, players total their respective team scores according to the active sport card to determine the winner. —description from the publisher
