Day of Infamy: The Attack on Pearl Harbor
By Paul Rohrbaugh · Art by Allen Saalburg, Bruce Yearian
From the introduction: "Day of Infamy is a simulation war game about the Japanese raid on Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941. The game is meant for two players...{but] can easily be played solitaire" A deck of cards is needed to play. Each turn (of six) represents one wave of attackers. Each side draws cards to deploy units (Japanese air units arrive in predefined waves per turn) and to allow actions (e.g. AA fire, bombing etc). Card draws may also trigger random events. The US has limited repair abilities which are triggered by the US Alert level. VPs are earned through damage/eliminations. Designer's notes are available.
