Board Game
Color Cats
By Hoshino Souta · Art by Hoshino Souta
In Color Cats, players expand out from a central tile, aiming to make a large contiguous grouping of their color. Each player gets a matching deck of cards, shuffles them, and places two of them face up in front of themselves. On a player's turn, they take one of these cards and place it next to where their cat figure is on the board, and walk their cat onto the adjacent space - activating any actions shown there. The game continues until plays have played all but one of their cards, and the person with the most points wins. Points largely come from having the largest group of adjacent spaces of their color. There are extra cats, point chips, and special actions.
