Its walls stood strong, but the windows are bare, waiting for the artistry of the master craftsman. The King announced that every artisan in the city is ordered to create the stained glass that will be put in the windows of the cathedral. The Master that creates the most beautiful stained glass windows not only will be rewarded their weight in gold but will be also announced the master of artisans and their accomplishments will be known across the land.
