Planet Steam: Saboteur

New SR card with special power. Beginning with the second round, the saboteur is given to the player who took his SR card last. Immediately he may sabotage any one player, even himself. One of the tanks of the sabotaged player, chosen by himself, won't produce, can't be changed, does not form part of a synergy, does not need energy. At the end of the round, the sabotaged player gets a recompensation in form of credits.
