Up to 6 players compete against each other with a billy goat standing in front of them to flick it as close as possible to the rock crystal in the centre, but without letting the wobbly playing piece fall over. This is made difficult by the fact that you can only flick the billy goat against its rear end, but it likes to turn when you flick it.
