The Mermaids have been busy collecting sparkling shells on the island. But oh no! The oceans tide is washing them away! Spin the spinner, choose a puzzle piece that matches the spinner color, and add it to the board. Spin a shell and take one away from the board. Work together to build the three mermaid puzzles before the tide washes away all of the shells and everyone wins!
