Lion In A Net: Saratoga 1777
By Michael W. Kennedy
General Burgoyne has to get his army of 8,000 British and Prussian troops to Albany to join forces with General Howe before his supplies run out. But blocking his way is a force of Americans under Horatio Gates and Benedict Arnold. Will he break through or will he be a lion caught in a net? Lion in a Net: Saratoga 1777 is a simulation of historical events of September-October 1777 near Saratoga, New York intended to give a feeling for the historical decisions required by the two army commanders in a mini-game format.
