Mysticana: Unnatural Beasts

The veil between realms has torn, unleashing unimaginable horrors. Two champions are called to kill or banish these monsters using primal energies. Show your strength and defeat the most beasts to secure your place in history. Take turns attacking the rampaging beast to drive it back. Each beast’s strange nature requires unique strategies. Defeat three beasts before your opponent to win the day! In Unnatural Beasts 6-card expansion game for Mysticana, players take turns adding a card to the attack row, potentially capturing previously-played cards. If the beast's kill condition or its banish condition is met, the player defeats it. The first player to defeat three beasts wins the game. Mysticana is a Foundation Deck: an 18-card deck that includes multiple core games using just the base cards with even more games added through small expansions. The deck features cards with 6 ranks across 3 suits (elements) which have a “rock-paper-scissors” hierarchy. While each game might make use of the deck’s design in different ways, the flexible foundation enables new games to fit in seamlessly alongside previous entries.
