Pikit: Rabbit 13

During setup, place the 13 tile on the table. On your turn, if you roll a 1 and a 3, you have an additional option: you can choose to take the 13 tile, from wherever it is on the table, and place it in front of you. At the end of the game, the player with the 13 tile in front of them gains 13 points (they flip over the tile as a reminder).
