King of Tokyo/King of New York: Wisdom Deer King (promo character)

The Wisdom Deer King (智慧鹿王) is a fan-made promotional monster that can be used to play King of Tokyo, King of Tokyo Dark Edition, and King of New York. It comes with a plastic base and a wickedness counter. It's published by a Chinese pirate "publisher" and therefore does not have, unlike the monsters in the dark edition published by the official publisher, spot UV on it. This monster, unlike Qilin, another Chinese promotional monster, was never officially published by the Chinese publisher. This monster is unofficial and not approved by IELLO.
