Rock Paper Scissors: Non-Transitive Dice

A set of three dice which exhibit non-transitivity: the rock die beats the scissors die on average, the scissors die beats the paper die on average, and the paper die beats the rock die on average. Although the information sheet does not say as much, each die will win against the die it "beats" 17/36 of the time, lose 15/36 of the time, and tie 4/36 of the time.
