The Corsac Fox is trying to secure his throne in Plumeholm through fear and clout. You, The Hooded Magpie, will stand in his way. You are alone, observing the Corsac Fox’ acts of cruelty, deception and corruption from the rooftops, aware of his devious schemes. You will not be able to stop every event, but you might be able to stop the right ones with the right means, even just to buy Plumeholm another day. And, if you’re lucky, maybe you'll buy yourself a chance to confront the Corsac Fox himself. The Hooded Magpie is a Solo 18-card puzzle adventure that utilizes mechanics of crisis mitigation, dice manipulation, and resource management and is rich in meaningful choices. In a span of two rounds, at every turn, you will choose which opponents to confront, which encounters to face, which tragedies you have to abandon, and which wins will contribute to the bigger picture.
