This is a set of two promo cards, the Sunlantern Armor hybrid armor set bonus card, and the Sunlantern Mask gear card. They were included with the Sunlantern Armor - Aya miniature, which itself is not part of the game. The Sunlantern Mask reads: + 2 movement When a weapon with 5 or less strength is to the left of this, it gains Range: 4 and the thrown keyword.
